PHFUN Guides: JILI Mechanics, RTP and GCash, Explained Plainly
A short index of everything PHFUN has written down, and an equally short account of what we refuse to write down.
Where to Start
If you are new here, read the GCash guide first. It is dull, and that is the recommendation: the limits and timings on your money bind every session you will ever play, while the mechanics of any one slot bind only that slot. Once the money side is clear, the RTP index tells you which titles have published numbers and what those numbers mean. The bankroll guide comes last, because bet sizing is only meaningful once you know the RTP you are sizing against.

What We Don't Publish
Plenty of JILI content in this market is invented. We would rather have a shorter library than a fictional one, so the following never appears on PHFUN:
- RTP figures for titles that have no published RTP. Several games in our own lobby fall into that category, and we say so instead of guessing.
- 'Hot' or 'due' games. Certified RNG has no memory, so the concept is empty.
- Betting systems. Martingale and its relatives redistribute when you lose, not whether you lose.
- Payout timings we have not verified against the actual rail.
- Bonus copy without the wagering requirement attached to it.
The Facts Every Guide Is Built On
- PHFUN operates under a PAGCOR license; minimum age is 21, verified through KYC before any withdrawal.
- KYC is a one-time review taking 24–48 hours, accepting a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, driver's license or PRC ID.
