The PHFUN RTP Index: Every Specced JILI Title, With the Numbers
A reference table, not an essay. Every PHFUN title with a published RTP, sorted highest first — and an honest list of the ones where no number exists.
RTP in One Paragraph
Return to player is the share of all money wagered that a game pays back across its certified lifetime — millions of spins, not yours. A 97% RTP means a 3% house edge, which is the price of the entertainment. It says nothing about tonight. Volatility is the number that describes tonight: it tells you how lumpily that 97% arrives. Two games can share an RTP to the decimal and feel nothing alike.

Same RTP, Different Rides
Look down the RTP column and it is nearly flat — a cluster at 97%, with Wild Ace a fraction above and Golden Empire a little below. Now look at the two columns beside it. That is where the games actually differ, and it is where your session gets decided.
- Crazy 777 — 97% at low-medium volatility on a single line, with respins that repeat the winning symbol for up to ×5. Small, frequent, forgiving of a modest budget.
- Fortune Gems — the same 97%, capped at 375×. Nothing is being held back for a big finish, so it drips.
- Mega Ace — 97% again, but high volatility across 46,656 ways with a 15,000× ceiling. That money has to come from somewhere: it comes out of the quiet spins in between.
- Charge Buffalo — 97% with additive wild multipliers and up to 100 free spins on six scatters. The free-spin round is where the return concentrates.
- Golden Empire — the lowest published RTP here at 96.5%, but its free-spin multiplier has no stated ceiling, which pulls value into the bonus round.
The practical read: a lower ceiling means a steadier session, and a 15,000× ceiling means long stretches of nothing between the moments that pay for it. Pick the shape that matches your budget, not the biggest number on the page.
The Titles We Won't Give You a Number For
Our lobby is bigger than this table. Games including 3 Super Ace, Super Ace 2, Super Ace Joker, Super Ace Scratch, Fortune Gems Legend, Fortune Coins 2, Money Coming Expanded Bets, Pirate Queen 2, Lucky Jaguar 500, Fortune Garuda 500, JILI Caishen, Party Ape and Mines have no published RTP we can verify.
You will find sites that quote a figure for every one of them anyway. Those figures were invented. A missing RTP does not mean a game is worse — it means the number is not public, and we are not prepared to make one up to fill a cell in a table. If JILI publishes them, they will appear here the same week.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which JILI game at PHFUN has the highest RTP?
Of the titles with published figures, Wild Ace is highest at 97.2%, just ahead of the large 97% group. The gap is small enough that volatility should drive your choice instead.
Does a 97% RTP mean I get ₱97 back for every ₱100?
No. It is an average over millions of spins across every player, not a rebate on your session. Any individual evening can land far above or far below it, and short sessions usually land below.
Why do some games have no RTP listed?
Because JILI has not published one for them. We leave the cell out rather than guess, since an invented RTP is worse than no RTP.
Does PHFUN change the RTP of its games?
No. The games run as certified by the provider; an operator does not tune them, and PAGCOR licensing exists to keep it that way.
